About Us

Top of the Key began in 1992. We provide year round support for coaches, athletes, parents and overall programs. Our purpose is to develop the athletic, intellectual and spiritual dimensions of athletes and coaches through camps, clinics, personal lessons, motivational speaking, consulting and training seminars.

Debbie Miller-Palmore

Debbie Miller-Palmore founded Top of the Key in 1992. She has had an extraordinary career in basketball as an All-American cum laude graduate at Boston University, an Olympian, and a professional athlete. She helped form the American Basketball League and was the general manager for the Atlanta Glory.

In addition to many years of experience as an educator and coach, Debbie has also been a corporate sales trainer, a television sports color commentator, and a radio talk show host.

Debbie is a very dynamic individual. It’s her strong faith, love of the game and commitment to young people that drives her vision at Top of the Key.
